    Nick, I have been talking with TJ because he had a problem with his bbs system.

    I know that is not your problem, but he is there and is fixing what is broken.

    Just for grins, I tried to connect to all the systems listed in R14 a
    few days ago. I was able to connect via Binkp to *ONE* system, and via
    Telnet to that same one, and *ONE* other. That's it.

    So maybe that one connectable system (1:282/1062) would be willing to
    become the RC/NC.

    I'd do it myself if I lived in the Region. As per P4 that seems to be a requirement, which makes sense.
