A while back I was trying to get the connect.mps to work, I was considering moving my Door Server over to Mystic instead of a very old copy of Synchronet that I am currently using in Windows. Now I am looking to do something different or possibly the same. I figured out the error I was getting, it was because there was no startup.mps on the system. I created a blank startup.mps and it does work to an extent. It will create a user, the username is all in caps, and the password is some encrypted password that is just garbage being transferred. I am no MPL programmer that is for sure.. So my question is, is there a way to get the username saved as a Case Sensitive username and the password as whatever you send as in @USER@ for username and @USER@ for Password or whatever you choose for password?

I'd be interested in this as well... Plus, can rlogin send something similar
to SBBS's xtrn=? to mystic? I'd love to be able to run mystic doors
seamlessly like I can sbbs...

I haven't had much luck with it. I got it working, but the script as far as I can tell is sending an encrypted password and since it is encrypted it saves as encrypted when creating the account then when re-logging in it doesn't match because it is expecting what is in @PASS@. If I change the users password to something else and pass that on it works flawlessly. It's just that initial password that is messed up.. If I get some time to sit down with it and fix it or at least get it working I will let you all know.. Right now my main thing was getting MRC to pass through to my Amiga BBS'.
