    Any recommendations for Board Games which are not too difficult to play (or explain)? The group would be 4-5 people, who are fairly intoxicated.

    We usually play cards against humanity, but it gets a little old after awhile. We tried Secret Hitler, but that one is kinda annoying. Once everyone understands the rules people would rather do something else.

    spyfall always goes down well when you're drunk. similar with super rhino monster battle (ironically a kid's game, but i have the dexterity of a child after a few pints in me!) or it might be hero battle instead, anyway it's a kind of dexterity building game where you can end up with like a 5 foot tower you're trying to build upon and set your character on.

    concept, decrypto and codenames are also good. we've also had a lot of party fun with monikers when the drinks are going

    Cool. I looked all these up on Amazon. Spyfall is available but Rhino Super Battle looks like a German Import and is quite expensive. Spyfall looks like a game I have played where random cards determine what kind of villager you are, and there is a murderer and you use clues to determine who it is...

    fun with monikers when the drinks are going

    All three of these seem to be easily available. I think I'll pick these up.

    i know the ones you mean, spyfall is kind of the inverse, so you all have a location and an occupation and have to deduce who the spy is (who doesnt know where we all are), but without giving it away to him. my non-gaming brother had an amazing first time at it. we were asking "what are you doing after your shift" so after hearing the nature of our conversations he was replying with "getting really drunk not much else to do!"etc so we thought he was totally safe and suspected my sister instead. my brother talked about how he couldn't wait to hit the bars etc but we "never get the time" and how all he does is clean things all day. then one answer he slipped up and says he's in the pub nearly every night... we were on a pirate ship so although drinking is part of it hitting the pub every night is a bit difficult at sea!

    we never suspected him at all until that one question that buried him, it was so tight and the moment everyone heard his answer screaming erupted from all sides, great night!
