if you could reach into another bbs, grab one feature, and bolt it on your own board with zero effort, what would you take...

i would maybe like to have more customized Menus and overall better
Ansis. A more underground scene look ;)
Furthermore i never really had a DOS emulation for DOS doors working within my Ubuntu Linux LXC.

yes, my ansi art abilities are not very good - it certainly is an art to get them looking good, especially with limited colors and characters, but thats what bbsing of the past was all about :)

could be something technical like a slick file search, could be something social like a better way to welcome new callers, could even just be a menu layout you really liked somewhere else

i've got a couple ideas myself but i want to hear what other people are jealous
of first. sometimes the best ideas come from just copying what already works

One feature that I like with Winserver is the ability to password-protect files. I use my
BBS as an intranet for a customer of mine that wants to ensure that only his paid
customers have access to his files. The password option makes this possible.

I run Synchronet, I can add whatever I like with very little effort, though not zero. There's nothing any other board has that I would want other than their callers :)
