Yunhai Li, 35, was stopped by customs officials at Houston

vaccine he was developing.

Li was released at the time, before he was arrested Friday.

The 35-year-old has now been charged with theft of trade
secrets, a felony, and tampering with a government record,

when you get the chance to educated them, you educate them into your
ways. For every student who carries home what the learned in the US,
there are dozens more who decide to stay here and many of those become naturalized. Even the ones who return home do so with good feeling
about the US. Experience living here then compare that to living at
home again.

This is yet another layer of 'soft power' that works to our national
security benefit.

Yes, there will always be cracks and people to fall through them, but
as a general rule, educating foreigners is a sound policy.
