ACTION ALERT - Demand Justice for Murder
For over seven years, the Officer responsible for Marcus Wayman's suicide
has remained on the Minersville, PA Police Force. Even after an out of
court settlement with the family this September, Police Officer J. Scott Willinsky remains without reprimand or any adverse reaction from the Chief
of Police or Borough.
Officer Willinsky clearly promoted the suicide of eighteen-year old Marcus Wayman. It's time he faces justice!
Yet despite the clear, undisputed facts of this, local authorities have
refused to take action and dodge the issue. It's clear the Borough of Minersville would like to forget about Marcus and move forward. The local newspaper has refused to report more than one article this year!
It's up to you to make sure that justice is finally served!
Write, call or fax US Attorney of Eastern PA, Patrick Meehan and demand that directs Mike Schwartz, Chief of the Corruption, Labor Racketeering and Civil Rights to undertake the immediate prosecution of Officer Scott Willinksy on federal criminal charges for "Conspiracy to Deprive of Civil Rights" under Title 42 of the United States Criminal Code.
Remind him that Officer Willinsky is has not been trained under Pennsylvania police standards and poses a threat to all while he remains a public
official!
