• Win2K -- Strange Recycle Bin Problem.

Operating System is Win 2000 Pro.

The Recycle Bin works fine under administrator acounts.
However, when i delete something in the user/power user acounts,
nothing goes to the recycle bin. They are just gone. So strange.
I did NOT check-mark the Box "[]do not move files to the recycle bin."
What's wrong and how to fix the problem ? Thanks in advance.
