• Crossposting within apple2 groups...

There has been a spate of crossposting within the csa* family of
newsgroups recently. Since most readers of these groups read
all of them, this is a real inconvenience.

Please post only to the most appropriate group.

I've been thinking the same. I don't need to see the same posting
and the replies 4 or 5 times

My news-reader immediately marks reposts in the other
groups as "read" so I don't even know they are cross-posted.
Plus, I don't mind cross-posting per se, but I do mind when
they are no longer relevent to the group's title, and go on for
weeks at a time with people simply arguing over something
    which isn't even important. :'-(

With foot in mouth, I must say I agree, but I thought that
could be an exception since I wasn't expecting replies. ;-)

No worries. If you want to see a great example, look at the usergroups newsgroups. That group should be killed off.

    Thanks,
