What exactly would be the procedure to transfer a '.SHK' file to my

Apple.
I will need to do some manipulating of the image on the PC to make it compatible for ADT transfer, since ADT does not transfer anything that
is not Dos-Ordered files. What utilities will I need to do such a conversion and transfer?
Robert.
I use Fishwings to edit or create a prodos disk image. Then I copy the contents into a dos ordered image with Applewin and, finally, I
transfer the disk with ADT.
Probably there's a faster way to do it. You could use a file transfer
program like kermit to send the files directly from your PC to a
diskette in the AppleII drive.
I unshrink my files directly on the PC using the AppleWin emulator in
//e mode to run ShrinkIt. Once I have a disk image in .DSK format, I
transfer it to the Apple using ADT. It is the easiest way I have found
to do this.
