    Hello,

This is my second attempt to find help with this issue. I'd like to
create a bootable ZIP disk to use as a utility disk for my G4/450. I had
one that worked with 9.2.1, but it no longer boots since I updated my
OS. I copied the same system components onto the ZIP that I previously
had, but there must be some component of OS 9.2.2 that I'm missing, and
I can't figure out what it is.

If anyone can tell me what the minimum essential system software
components are that I must have in order to make a ZIP 100 disk
bootable, I'd be most grateful, as I much prefer to run my weekly
diagnostics and utilities in that way.

For e-mail response, please send to "thustar at yahoo dot com."

    Thank you and happy computing,
    Eric

Why not just install the OS onto the ZIP disk with the installer?

That's what I did some time ago to get a bootable disk image.

Funny you should mention that...I just thought of doing so today, but it
had to take a back seat to an ongoing issue between a game and my video
sw that has, I believe, been resolved. I'll give it a try.

    Thanks,
    Eric
