Recently I noticed that I can't unmount/eject disk images or external
volumes using any of the standard methods like clicking on the eject
buttons, command-e, dragging to the trash, etc. The only way I can unmount/eject anything is by using Disk Utility? However, it is only
like this on my user account. If I log into my wifes user account,
everything works as normal. Does anyone have an idea of what has
happened and how to fix it?
Thanks
