If iSync is ever started, it will start up this listener which will then persist until you restart (using 4Mb of real memory). What release of
OS X are you using? If you kill this process and it comes back on
restart, check to make sure iSync is not one of your startup items (I

Thanks, I'll check it out. It is strange, though, as I have even removed
iSync from my Mac, since I never use it.
I am sure I'll find out what it it :-)
