Yes, but that group is appropriate, while this one is for Mac OS
discussions.
Greetings!
I originally posted this on c.s.m.hardware.misc, but this group gets
much more traffic....
One of my recent thrift store finds is a Newertech Maxpowr 200MHz 604e accelerator card, which I want to use in my 7500. There is a set of
four dip switches that control the CPU and bus speed, but I cannot find
a reference on how to set them. Trawling the web and Usenet only turns
up settings for the Maxpowr G3 cards. Can anyone tell me what the dip switch settings represent?
Many thanks!

Hi-
I have the 233mhz 604e version. I too have been unable to get my hands
on
the manual for it.
I never noticed any dip switches on mine but I never really looked closely
at
the card. I bought it used from someone who had it in an 8600. It's been in my
8500, essentially the same as an 8600, for a while and works fine.
Have you tried yours in the 7500 yet?
