Whenever the regular
user logs in and tries to open Quark, they get an alert box stating 'You >cannot use Quark on a locked volume', and Quark refuses to load. Wassup
with that? I'd call Quark, but I've got better ways of spending the next
24 hours . . .

Quark keeps its Preferences file in the Quark folder. Therefore, all users who
run Quark must be allowed to write to the folder where Quark is located.
I bet the user you have created does not have permission to write to the Quark
folder. Give the user write access to whatever folder Quark is in and you'll be
OK.

I don't want to change, Glo8al was just being unhelpful.
