What hidden files does OSX place on PC formatted disks?
Mac OS 7-9 placed files such as finder.dat, Open folderlistDB, desktop DB, and desktop DF. Does OSX use these files or create new ones?
My Windows CE HPC hates those Mac files. I had such hassles I can no longer use my CF card (not floppy) on my Mac, especially when the CE device is seeing the CF card as another hard disk. If the CF card is in only temporarly like a floppy disk, then the CE device is fine, but not when the CF card is in the slot like a hard drive.
I am referring to HPC's here not PPC's.
