I tried to download MacOS 11.0.1 earlier today but finally finished around 7 PM PST. Little Snitch needed a free update to 5.0.1 which I did. I haven’t installed it yet.
There are a few icons that have changed color, the menubar is not white like
I had it before, fonts and highlights are mildly different in certain applications, and the mail interface is a little different. <Move to> seems to be gone, but I haven’t explored any system or application preferences anywhere.
I think I had to install the new Safari before Big Sur would allow me to install itself. That came up in the Apple->About this Mac->Software Update menu item. I hadn’t seen the Safari update option earlier.
When I finally completed the download and installed, I think it was on the third reboot that the progress bar froze at about forty percent. After a half hour of no progress movement, I did a manual reboot of my Mini, it rebooted and I was in Big Sur. Any dramatic differences to the OS appear to be under the hood.
I run a Mac Mini, late 2014, SSD and 8 gigs of memory with not many third party apps.

I found the <Move to>. It´s ">>" at the far right of the Mail
menubar.I´m worried about actually installing Little Snitch. During installation it requires me to OK whether it is allowed to filter and monitor network traffic. "Don´t Allow" is highlighted. As usual, I didn´t
    read the terms and conditions.
I think I´ll go back and read that.
