• iChat Auto-Transcripts--Where Saved?

Does anyone know where iChat saves its automatic transcripts if that
preference is checked? When I hit the button to reveal the folder, it
just beeps at me. (And the same is true of iChat AV beta.)

    ~/Documents/iChats

Maybe that's the problem then. Long, long ago, when I was still
switching from OS 9 to OS X and back on a regular basis, I set up a
rather complicated system of aliases that allowed iTunes/OS 9 to share
its music library directly with iTunes/OS X. One of those aliases was ~/Documents -> ~. If iChat's transcript system is written as poorly as
most of the rest of the program, it could easily be completely confused
    by that.
