I am using a powerbook g4 800, os 10.2.6, itunes 4.0.1, internal
matshita cd-rw cw-8121.
I am having, mostly, no problem burning audio cd's, other than a once
in awhile bad disk, but when I try to burn an mp3 disk, it messes up. Usually, it will go thru the whole buning process and then up comes
the dialog box saying (something like) the disk contains no volumes
that os x can read. It gives me the choice of ejecting or ignoring. If
I choose ignore, nothing happens and the disk does not mount.
I repaired the permissions and tried again. This time, it got about
half way thru the burn and then spit out the disk saying disk error. I haven't tried again because I'm running out of blank cd's. I've been
using phillips 80 min/700 mb disks. I went and bought some Maxells to try....same thing.
Any help would be appreciated.
