Very sorry to hear that. Joe was a long time Synchronet sysop. My father was also born in 1944 and is also battling cancer (multiple myeloma). Joe will be missed.

Very sorry to hear that. Joe was a long time Synchronet sysop. My
father was also born in 1944 and is also battling cancer (multiple myeloma). Joe will be missed.

It was rather sudden as he only mentioned it in Fido_Sysop about 2-3 weeks ago that he was going for treatements.

So sorry to hear this - he'd been around on the 'nets and fido for so long, that it comes as a shock when they're gone.
