The last time I felt that was when Sabbath services was in the morning instead
of the afternoons. I used to be able to go to church in the morning, eat out for lunch with some Sabbath friends, and then go home to take a nap.
Ever since I have moved to a different state, Sabbath services is in the afternoon now, so I just sleep in as long as I can or when my son walks in our
room.

Have you ever had a really nice sleep like when you come back after
a meal with friends and family on a Sunday after Church and you feel
nice and tired later on after eating a lot (from starters to mains
to desert to coffee).

It's okay. :) At least this is the "General" message area. Normally this area would be for general software development topics though.
