    i can't say enough how much i love amazon.
    my dremel tool broke after 2 years. i asks the seller if i there's a warranty because i only used it a handful of times. he pushes a button and i get a new one in 1 day.

    same thing happened with this cool broom i had.

    my god daughter's jeep had an electrical issue and i got my 250 back.
    good thing i'm an electronics tech because i fixed it easy.
