I've been using LYNX. No memory leaks, no popup ads, or no pesky images either.

I've been using Brave, which is kind of like the 'soft' hard option
    of
chrome browsers. I hate the memory leaks. I really just need to

Lynx was the first ever browser I used... Way back in the day...

Hadn't heard of Brave, but going to check it out!

My first network connection was with gopher. I forget the terminal software I used, but one could dial in to the local library and check out books.

This lead to a BBS habit later on, that apparently I still have.

BBS's came first for me, then Jackson State Community College in Jackson,
TN started a 'freenet' - I would dial in and use Lynx, Gopher, Archie, etc.

Those were the good ol' days.

I guess we're reliving those now hihi.
