Happy New Year politics buddies! (I hardly read any other echos!)

I meant to put the TV on for the ball-drop (in NYC) but I accidentally left it on the party in Nashville, TN.

I hate country music, but if I had to choose between celebrating the new year in NYC or Nashville, I'd choose Nashville! (Country music keeps criminals at bay!)

Happy new year to you as well. I was asleep quite a while before midnight.
I don't try to stay up any more. That was really fun when I was a kid,
less so as a young adult, and now it is just another day. :) I don't
think I have voluntarily stayed up for a New Year since 2000!
