  • VP residence remodel

    She was not effective as a candidate for President, so much so that she dropped out of the race. She might want to calm down and not get so upset that she is living out of suitcases. Better keep those bags backed.

    Why did the VP residence need "repairs" before she could move in? Is it a
    case of the Pence's not complaining about stuff that was wrong, or did she
    just want a remodel?

    Saw a recent newspiece about her moving into the residence where the
    newsman refered to them as the "Vice President and First Husband." So a partial slip there. :)

    Good question! NBC news said:

    "The White House said [about the VP mansion] the renovations include chimney work, maintenance and general floor repairs."

    Mike Pence is a tough dude. He don't care if there's a fly on his face because he loves our country so much that he will work through it. Kamala is tired of being a slave and she won't let the white man force her to live in a place
    with scuff marks on the floors.

    Good question! NBC news said:

    "The White House said [about the VP mansion] the renovations include chimney work, maintenance and general floor repairs."

    I heard that. I figure that they do maintenance between each
    administration change, but wondered what was so wrong with the chimney and floor that they had to wait to move in. :)
