    What I find both amusing and disturbing is the leftist obsession with colour.

    Specifically, how leftist politicians love saying "people of colour".

    I'm curious whats the difference between "people of colour" and the old phrasing of "coloured people". Or how old-timers used to refer to them as
    "the colours".

    I'm not exactly 100% white, so I'm allowed to ponder this.

    Simply put yes.

    The black lives matter thing is to put a much needed spotlight on bad police behaviour. Most police officers are good men who do their best to do the right thing. Still, there is a problem that needs work.

    They should call themselves "Black Deaths Matter" because it's true that only black deaths matter to the liberal media. Ask them how many latinos have been killed by police this year. They have no data on that because it doesn't matter to them.

    The most prominent African American heroes of the USA don't get any attention, because they don't stoke racial tensions during election year.
