    The separate nym-network-requester used by N2Usenet has also passed its intended end-to-end route.

    If NSCW attempts a different destination and that destination is
    rejected by the requester's exit policy, that does not establish that
    the requester is unavailable. It establishes only that your particular
    NSCW test did not complete.

    If you cannot provide diagnostic details, please qualify the public
    statement accordingly: “NSCW did not work in my test,” rather than
    stating that my requester did not work.
