    The tails-amd64-6.13.iso in the torrent is intact and okay. I renamed the torrent .ISO to _INC_* thinking it was borked at first.

    I snagged the direct download tails-amd64-6.13.iso to compare.

    What has happened is the dummy who created the torrent omitted two files
    so the torrent appears incomplete and it will never finish.

    The two files below are missing from the torrent and will never download

    tails-amd64-6.13.iso -> Present, complete, passes verification. tails-amd64-6.13.iso.asc -> Not present and will never D/L. tails-amd64-6.13.iso.sig -> Not present and will never D/L.
