and turn right under the railway bridge, go straight accross the roundabout into Castle Hill Avenue and the magistrates court is on the left. If
driving there may be parking in Earls Avenue. It is I am assured about a
five minute walk from the Station

The location and timing is, I feel, designed to ensure that as few people
as possible attend. Let's take up the challenge and go - let's give the establishment a bit of a shock, let's turn out in numbers.

This must be seen to be an appearance of middle England in revolt,
peaceful, non-violent, legal and above all a measured response to masonic brutality. It may be that if there are sufficient of us they will have the hearing early and try to get rid of us by releasing Yolande - I do hope so.

However she has not been allowed any visits, despite being a remand
prisoner. According to her friend Briony the social visits section have
told her that the first available visit will be on 29th December - the day
she is due in Folkestone Magistrates Court. Yolande is banged up for 22
hours a day, taken at no notice to Holloway without even a handbag and no change of clothing, removed from her children at Christmas and I fear for
her sanity. I strongly feel that the strategy may be to get Yolande
Sectioned and the psychological torture she has suffered is insu-pportable. First she was told that bail of u2,000 had been set, Briony found the
money to put up for Yolande and was then told that bail had been denied.
So Yolande was hoping to be out and then her hopes were dashed. Yolande
was told she would be allowed visitors and then Briony was told that no
visits would be possible. Can you think of any more effective way to
unsettle someone mentally, first by raising then dashing their hopes?

We need, nice, well ordered, peaceful, respectable looking people in great numbers on Monday 29th at Folkestone Magistrates Court - be there if only because if we do nothing for Yolande then when they pick on us, there will
be no one left to do anything.

The case centres around Yolande finally taking a civil action to stop her
ex husband's harassment of her and her family. He then made a complaint to
the police in true masonic fashion, turning the tables and accusing her of
what he has allegedly been doing. Because the judiciary and the police are cess pits of masonic corruption they will automatically protect a fellow brother against a member of the profane. What greater present to give a brother than to lock up his accuser for Christmas? Yolande is another Rosa Parks and if we do nothing then all our hopes and dreams for a free and democratic society will be lost due to our own inaction. We have to make a stand somewhere and just because they choose the venue as an early morning hearing on the south coast we should not let them get away with this
inhumane treatment of a victim of masonic abuse. Please please be there or
get friends to attend in a peaceful demonstration of middle England in
revolt at masonic abuse of the judiciary.

My name is Maurice Kellett.

I too am a victim, just one of the many, of the evil Masonic riddled UK Establishment. In 1996 I contributed to the Nolan Inquiry ( House of Commons Home Affairs Select Committee Inquiry) into Freemasonry within the Police
and Judiciary. I am satisfied now that the Nolan Inquiry had been set up to help hide the massive influence Freemasonry has within the Police and Judiciary. Lord Nolan wrote me in January of 1998 that he was returning to being a member of the Law Lords and thereafter he had to remain impartial to what I had been reporting to him. He thanked me for my time and the expense
I had gone to to keep him informed, that being from 1996.

On the 16th January of this year Matt Dowding wrote me a letter from 10
Downing Street. It read that my letter addressed to PM Blair was to be forwarded to the then Lord Chancellors Department. Shortly after my receipt
of it my home at 16A The Lyons, Hetton-le-Hole, Tyne-Wear, came under seige
by Freemason led Northumbria Police. On the first night of the seige, police marksment had been positioned outside of my home clearly with the intent of shooting me. I was not armed and not a threat to anyone other than myself.
I was saved from police murder by a policewoman named to me as Jo. She had warned me to stay away from my kitchen window when I told her that I would
pass some evidence of my allegations of the serious and considerable crime
that had been used against me to her from that window. It was then evident
that had I gone to my kitchen window I would have been shot dead by
Northumbria Police marksmen. As most will know they never shoot to wound but only to kill. On the third night of the siege, the door to my home was battered down by the police. Two of Northumbria Police Special Squad
officers then attempted to murder me by pushing me down onto a sword. Each
of my shoulders was held by those officers while they made rythmical noises clearly to coordinate the pressure on the sword which had started to pierce
my abdomen. I was saved from murder when another Special Squad officer
grabbed the handcuffs holding me and dragged me away from my two would be murderer police officers. Downing Street, The Home Office and Northumbria Police have been informed of the murder attempt on several occasions by me
but they are simply ignoring it. I have demanded in my letters to PM Blair
that there be an Independent Public Inquiry into my case. That requirement continues to be ignored by Downing Street as well. I can only assume
therefore that they are implicated in the murder attempt of me on February
5th this Year. Some of my reasons for forming this opinion are as follows:

I have established via Mr Fraser Kemp MP ( PM Blair's close friend) that the
UK has no authorities who will act on the matter of judicial crime. The Judiciary are shown now to be a law unto themselves and have no public accountability whatsoever. This latter fact was backed up by the use of
letters received from The Lord Chancellors Department, The Home Office, the Parliamentary Commissioner and Attorney General.

The Judicial Oath of Fairness to all sworn by Judges and Magistrates to the Queen is a scam. That fact is backed up when I wrote to the Queen asking if
she bore any responsibilty to act when these people brached that oath. The
Lord Chancellors Department replied to my letter, not Buckingham Palace. It simply pointed me in the direction of the appeal System. How can a bent
judge be tried by one of his or her own number? Have these people never
heard of independent authorities to carry out such work? No, I must excuse
them on this one. I know we dont have any of such authorities either just
like them. Are they aware they are ignoring our rights under Article 6(1)
of the European Human Rights Convention? Its my belief that the latter
applies. The fact that judges are never held to acount for their crimes,
such as those used so extensively against me and many others, to make me bankrupt and further deny me justice speaks volumes in itself. One question that comes to mind is, as judges are proved to have no public
accountability, should the public have any accountability to judges? Is a judgement still to be regarded as being valid when the judge who makes it is
as bent as a dogs hind leg? The answer to that question always be NO if anything even resembling justice is not to be ridiculed and to be held in Contempt.

PM Blair continues to deny the rights of all UK citizens as required under Article 6(1) of the European Human Rights Convention. Under that Article, we are all entitled to access to independent and impartial tribunals or authorities established by law for the resolution of our criminal or civil rights. We have no such authorities. Independence seems to be a diry word
under the present government. Given the fact that in 1997 Blair promised us
all a fairer Britain. Had the UK situation not been so serious, it might
even have been a laughing matter. Denial of our rights under Article 6(1) remains a blatant denial of all of our rights as both UK citizens and also
as European citizens, which of course we all are now. There are other facts which the public should know, but for now these are just some of them.

I am also concerned at what I was informed about a rumour which went around
the office of Dr. David Kelly the morning that his body was found. Might I
too suffer a similar fate? Or as others have suggested, that I suffer a
fatal accident? The murder attempt on me earlier this year and the catalogue
of serious crime used against me by very bent judges and others, most
probably to punish me for my having contributed the Nolan Inquiry scam into Freemason within the Police and Judiciary is still being ingnored by the authorities, who include Downing Street and the Home Office. There is a
further question arising which is, can anyone really trust these authorities now?

If you can get along to Yolande's Folkstone Magistrates Court hearing on the 29th December, please do so. I also feel very sorry for the members of her family who also share in her ordeal and have been deprived of her company
over Christmas. Yolande is like myself a whistle blower. I also firmly
believe her to be a good woman with a conscience. Under Blair this would
appear to have become nothing short of a crime itself. I like many others
are sick and tired of a justice system generally riddled with very corrupt elements of Freemasony. Do you know that if you have any concerns about
whether a judge in a case you are involved with is a Mason, if that judge ignores your concerns about that, he or she, becomes guilty of a breach of Article 6(1) of the European Human Rights Convention. My concerns about probable Masonic influence in my cases were ignored throughout by the
various judges and authorities. They included Lords Woolf and Bingham. Mr
Woolf and Bingham were of course wrong in their decision about that. However might they too also be members of the Freemasons, as many leading figures in the UK Establishment are? Freemasonry is of course a Secret Society after
all, so just how many people would have access to that information? My
appeal at the Middlesborough County Court in January of this year to stop
the judicial theft of my home proved was proved by the evidence that I
provided to have been successful . It seems however that another bent judge wanted that matter all kept quiet as well. The fact of this statement is
proved by what was known as the Dundee Tribunal case. The authorities which have proved the breach mentioned here are contained in the ruling of that Tribunal ruling.

Finally, it remains a fact that those two Northumbria Special Squad police officers who attempted to murder me in early February are still at large
along with those who most certainly gave their approval for that attempt on
me. Downing Street and The Home Office are allowing this situation to
remain. Is it not now time to get rid of a system which has become so evil
and corrupt that justice has become more like a game of chance where even Establishment murders are being protected?
