Just as "regime change" came to Yugoslavia following prolonged stationary Sahara heat, so now "heat-wave punishment" -- or is it warfare? -- is
meeted out to "Old Eurpope" for balking at criminal aggression for world
empire

Weather modification conducted against other nations in secret as an
extension of coersive measures in foreign policy.

Some things are so crushing to the mind -- such that the Milky Way Galaxy is merely the "down-the-drain" spin of stars being pulled to their destruction
by the unimaginable mass of "black-hole" matter (i.e. objects with gravity
of mass so concentrated that not even photons of light with their negligable mass and otherwise "light speed" can attain "escape velocity" or even "liftoff" to reach outside observers as emitted light. What are human
purposes "in the long run" given our cosmic powerlessness -- it is good not
to think about it.

But there are crushing sociological and economic black holes that have
captured us in their vortex that to the man first comprehending them seem equally inevitable and hopeless and ground for despair, the "black-hole" of living in a societal universe where exists the warping gravity of men of personal forturnes of billions and trillions of dollars -- a concentration
that pulls all of the orderly affairs of society from their regular orbits
into the collapse of civilization, so that men with their asiprations for creativity and contributions to life are crushed under the money power so
that they become mere automatons sustained on minimum ration to serve the lusts of the trillionaires and otherwise keeping out of the way huddled the allowed holding-pen slums, dumbed down, robbed of means of accomplishment (capital), constrained in directions they can go (in which "Dilbert" corporation cubical will your serve? etc.), degraded and deliberately dumbed down, breaking the human spirit so that it bends to and serves the dominant yielding everything without even knowning what has been taken from them (although we older ones remember).

But the man who discovers the truth may also transform the situation, even
in his apparent smallness and powerlessness. The universe is of greater complexity than even trillionaires can come to control fully and even little insignificant stirrings can have the greatest unpredicted consequences (mathematicians of "chaos" speak of the "butterfly effect" whereby it is possible that the addition to the great concatenation of cause of effect of even the agitation of the air by the stroke of the wing of a butterfly can
be a critical determining variable that could effect the generation or path
of a hurricane thousands of miles away sometime later on. And the
existence of this possibility -- so remote, yet outside the power of the trillionaires to control, becomes the seed of faith that effort to overcome
the black collapse is worth the try. At this point the automaton becomes a butterfly, and the other automatons slowly feel the breath.

I have discovered, beyond any doubt, that the terrorism of September 11,
2001 which involved the destruction of three skyscrapers and a wedge of the Pentagon was a false-flag operation conducted so that a criminal elite could consolidate their crushing grip on the earth and the affairs of mankind. I have gathered the evidence and presented it, at first expecting that my butterfly eyes would behold the mighty typhoon of justice as my off-wing turbulance. And there have been subtle signs of a change in the weather.
After 9-11 over 60 percent of the American people responded to monopoly
media polls saying that they favored curtailment of the Bill of Rights
(right of free speech, of assembly, of carrying ones own arms for the common defense etc.), whereas today, in a pole conducted by academics, only 19 percent are saying that -- not that polls mean anything -- what polls asks the right question of the right butterfly even if the butterly new what he really can and cannot do or come to think.

I seem to have waxed lyrical above -- I intended only a few remarks to
relieve the crushingness of telling you that the heat wave in "Old Europe"
is being inflicted by the invisible ruling trillionaires as punishment for France, Italy, Germany etc. not supporting the war-of-conquest policies of
the political operatives of the black-hole rich.

By applying the so-called "chemtrails" over parts of Europe and over the Atlantic and Indian Oceans the surfaces of large patches of land and sea surface are not warmed as much as they otherwise would have been. Real time super-high-speed computing of equations fed hundreds of thousands of
real-time weather variables gathered all around the world moment by moment enables the weather controller to see the weather several hours and even
days ahead and also to compute the internention that would, in that short
time, divert weather one more step in the direction of the desired weather pattern. The man-made cloud is layed out to block the suns rays from
reaching just the right spot of ground or sea surface, so that that spot
will be cooler than otherwise, resulting in the air above the surface not heating as much and, therefore, not rising as much, and therefore not
creating as much low pressure beneith -- that is it creates a relative high
in pressure, which serves to block, or push, or deflect the movements of parcels of hot air, cold air, wet air or dry air from where they would have shifted otherwise. And the computers take into account the other factors -- the spin of the earth which gives moving air a cyclonic spin and the topographical features of the land which obstructs and raises or lowers air parcels in predictable ways; and of land and sea.

Elsewhere I have explained how El Ni+o was created by creating a high
pressure "chemtrailed" patch over the mid-Pacific, where no one could see
the operations, which would block the west-moving winds and stop the west-moving ocean surface currents that are otherwise driven by those
winds -- this blocking the flow of currents up from the antarctic waters
all along the western coast of South America -- an operation which affected weather and economies and lives in catastrophic ways throughout the
hemisphere.

I have also explained how chemtrailing in Northern Europe created a high pressure zone that blocked the normal flow of hot air from the Sahara desert from its normal flow over the Mediterranean and the Balkans and into
northern europe and Russia -- so that instead of moving on the already hot parcel of Sahara-warmed air remained stationary in the summer sun over Yugoslavia and Greece creating the horrible heat that destroyed the crops
and caused many deaths and disruptions, including the primary disruption, "regime change" that overthrew populist-nationalist-anti-globalist Milovan Milosovic.

Today, I am convinced beyond all doubting, France and Germany are being punished by the trillionaire masters of clandestine weather modification. Nothing like the present heat wave has ever been experienced in Western
Europe, nor anywhere in Europe except for lower-Mediterranean heat wave mentioned above.

This is not only a weapon of heat that is being inflicted, it is also a
weapon of drought, of energy, of destruction of natural fauna and flora.

Make no mistake -- this is the crushing news I wanted to soften for you --

I said above, their power does not and cannot reach all the possibilities
that exist for us to find and bring them down. And we take a giant
tride -- much more than half way -- when large masses of manking learn the truth of the horrible oppression that has been inflicted without their realizing it.

Or strength and hope is the truth. The enemy wilts away and becomes weaker
the more the truth becomes known.

for the sufferings of mankind except veracity of thought and action, and the resolute facing of the world as it is."
