Anyone know how to enable access to CD drives etc when the user does NOT
have admin privilages under XP. There is an Advanced option tab on the
pgm icon shortcut when starting an app (which uses the CD drive) so
that the 'credentials' for the executable can be given the privilages of
the Admin user BUT that means typing in the password each time - and I
dont want other users to have this.. and there doesnt seem to be a way
of giving the rights automatically to run the app as 'Admin'....
