Is it possible to power a C64C REV-E board with a SINGLE 9v
power-source?
Yes, but it's not as easy as you may think. 9V AC or DC?
The 64 needs 9V AC and 5V DC.
What resistor would be required to power the 5V line with this source?
A resistor as part of a voltage divider would work only if the load
resistance was constant. With a complex electronic ciruit as the load,
it almost never is. Use a voltage regulator like the 7805 to drop, say,
9V DC to 5V DC.
