    Grettings

I've got 'the' mps1200 CBM printer, and now i badly wanna conect it to
a PC. It has only the CBM serial cartridge on it, so i need the
    centronics one.
Please help me to buy it, or make it myself. Useing this printer on
both PC and C64 will make me a lot happier, not to mention the feeling
when you say 'look here, this is my C64 printer'.

ps - has anyone have an update or a patch for Mini Ofice II, to make
it work with 9pin mps1200 instead of printing with mps801 or mps803
    *khah-khah* drivers?

    Hi Vasko,

you can exchange the interface cartridge from your MPS 1200 with a MPS 1250 cartridge. They are compatible. The MPS 1250 interface has both a serial and centronics connector (instead of 2 serial connectors). However the dip
switch settings are slightly different for this cartridge.
I used an MPS 1200 this way to connect it via geoCable to the C64 user port.
    It worked fine!

On the other hand if you find a MPS 1250 you may want to use it instead of
    the 1200.
    Good luck!
    Patrick

Another solution would be to install a serial port card in your PC.

    Please tell me more. Thanks.

I misunderstood your original post. Guess I read it too quickly. Sorry for the confusion.
