• Repeating old medias to import from an iPhone into Big Sur v11.1's Photos app.

    Hello.

Every time my client and I open a two weeks old 13" 2020 MacBook Pro
(Intel)'s updated Big Sur v11.1's Photos app with an USB connected
iPhone 11 Pro Max (iOS v14.3) to import new medias, we get the same 15
MP4 videos and 1 JPEG image (from year 2016 to 2020; he has almost 16K
medias since his iPhone 4S and 6+ [also two former MacBook Pros since
    2012] usages).

iCloud isn't used so it can't be that. I already tried rebooting both
the computer and iPhone. From what I have seen online, many users had
this problem for years but none of their suggestions worked except a workaround to manually select to import. :(

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. :)

    2021 isn't any better so far. :(
Note: A fixed width font (Courier, Monospace, etc.) is required to see this signature correctly.

"Import new medias". Please explain. Have you verified all the
"medias" purportedly on the iPhone are actually there?

How does your "import new medias" differ from the workaround of
    "manually select to import"?

    Yes, they are there.

In the past, we just import all new shown. Now, it keeps showing the same sixteen
medias that already have been imported.

Shadow has gone the extra mile, essentially hand holding Vallor on coding practices only for Vallor to blindly attack him and continue to show that
he has no real interest in the subject. In all reality, it's too hard for snit. I am not irate, just the opposite I'm laughing at him because Vallor's trolling is so juvenile. He purposefully didn't introduce all the details
that he would quickly poo poo... and we all know why, Vallor made that much clear. At least he has morons rushing to his rescue. Vallor is eight seconds away from being in everyone's kill filter.

"You'll notice how quickly he loses interest when everything is about him.
    He clearly wants the attention"
Steve Carroll, making the dumbest comment ever uttered.
