I upgraded my iMac from Big Sur 11.2.1 to 11.2.2. The first time I tried
to print something, I got an error message: "No destinations have been
added to the [Destination List]"
Got it even when trying to print to PDF/PostScript, Send in Mail, Save
to iCloud drive, etc.
I rebooted (no joy), then reinstalled the printer and drivers (a current model Canon Image Class Multi-Function). Still no joy.
Eventually I noticed that the OS upgrade had set the fax as the default printer. Switched it to the correct setting and all is fine.
So heads up after you upgrade...
Id did not do that here.--
